Process
A process built to connect commercial understanding, action and growth.
Our process is designed to create a clearer route from insight to action. It brings together strategic thinking and hands-on activation in a way that keeps support aligned, effective and commercially focused. The four stages are simple by design: Audit, Diagnose, Activate and Scale. Each one plays a different role, but together they create a model that helps hospitality brands move from understanding to action, and from action to ongoing growth.
Full commercial understanding.
We start by building a complete picture of the business and the environment around it. That means understanding the brand, the market, the customer journey, the digital experience, the tech stack, the data, the commercial objectives and the wider pressures shaping performance. The purpose of the audit is to uncover what is really happening now, where friction exists and where the foundations for growth are strongest.
Identify the opportunities for growth.
Once the picture is clear, we define the priorities. This is where insight becomes direction. We identify the gaps that matter most, the opportunities worth pursuing and the actions most likely to create meaningful commercial impact. Diagnosis helps bring focus, so decisions are based on what will move the business forward rather than what simply adds more activity.
The delivery phase, creating a model that works.
This is where strategy moves into action. Activation can include creative development, digital improvement, performance marketing, PR, content, campaign rollout or a broader integrated programme. The key is that delivery is shaped by the thinking that came before it. That creates a model that is more joined up, more efficient and more effective, with every part of the work supporting the same commercial direction.
An improvement loop for refinement and strategy development.
Once activity is live, the focus shifts to improvement. We look at what is working, where the next gains can come from and how the model can be refined over time. Scaling is not just about doing more, it is about learning, optimising and developing the strategy as the business grows. That creates a continuous improvement loop where insight informs action, and action strengthens the next stage of thinking.
Our process has four stages: Audit, Diagnose, Activate and Scale. We start by building a clear picture of the business, then identify the most important growth opportunities. From there, we move into delivery and ongoing improvement.
An audit helps uncover what is really happening now. It looks at the brand, market, customer journey, digital experience, tech stack, data, commercial objectives and current activity. This gives us the evidence needed to make better decisions.
Diagnosis turns insight into direction. It identifies the gaps, priorities and opportunities most likely to create meaningful commercial impact. From there, we can shape an activation plan that is focused, joined up and aligned to the wider business goal.
Yes. The process is designed for both strategic projects and ongoing partnerships. Once activity is live, the Scale stage creates a continuous improvement loop, where performance is reviewed, refined and developed over time.
