Caitlin holds a master’s degree in creative writing from Leeds Trinity University and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and History from Leeds University.

She began her career in hospitality, which progressed to opening a specialty café in the South of England. Caitlin has held various writing positions, including Associate Writer, Affiliate Writer, and Junior Copywriter, producing long-form, short-form, and micro-form content across different industries and publications.

Since joining Punch in 2023, Caitlin has played a key role in delivering creative copywriting and content marketing strategies for our clients.

• Contributed to the development and implementation of the strategy of the Dry Eye and Me menopause brand share growth. This has grown from 10% to 35% in six months, and they now rank #1 on Google, after not placing at all six months ago.
