Four-day week
To provide a better work-life balance, we only work Monday through Thursday. This creates a more focused team, with a longer weekend so we can spend time doing the things that matter to us. We encourage our people to develop their creative pursuits or simply spend time away from the screen to bring a new sense of energy and purpose to their week.

Profit share scheme
We offer profit-share to motivate our team to be more invested in the results of their work and to reap the rewards, no matter their seniority. We want everyone to feel valued and appreciated for their contribution and to develop their chosen career path with us. That’s why we offer a company wide, all-inclusive, non-capped share for our year end profits for the whole team.

Flexible working
Sometimes in life, we have to deal with disruptions, changes, and responsibilities that make a nine-to-five routine difficult. That’s why whether you have an appointment, or are on school pick-up duty, you can flex your hours to work for you. We also offer one hybrid working from home day a week to allow you to change your environment and meet your needs.

Mental health
We want our people to be happy. So, we offer access to mental wellbeing resources, classes, and counselling, alongside our PerkBox discounts for retail stores and food shopping. Punch also has two fully trained mental health first aiders on our team, so there’s always someone available to have a chat if you need it.
