Our Values

Nearly half our team has been with us since the early days. Come find out why.

`

Make every day matter

Four-day week

To provide a better work-life balance,
we only work Monday through Thursday. This creates a more focused team, with a
longer weekend so we can spend time doing the things that matter to us. We encourage our people to develop their creative pursuits or simply spend time away from the screen to bring a new sense of energy and purpose to
their week.

Flexible working

Sometimes in life, we have to deal with disruptions, changes, and responsibilities that make a nine-to-five routine difficult. That’s why whether you have an appointment, or are on school pick-up duty, you can flex your hours to work for you. We also offer one hybrid working from home day a week to allow you to change your environment and meet your needs.

Mental health

We want our people to be happy.
So, we offer access to mental wellbeing resources, classes, and counselling, alongside our PerkBox discounts for retail stores and food shopping. Punch also has two fully trained mental health first aiders on our team, so there’s always someone available to have a chat if you need it.

Performance Marketing Manager

Role summary

To own and optimise paid media and SEO performance across our hospitality client portfolio, turning insight into action and budget into measurable growth. You’ll lead the strategic planning, hands-on delivery, and continuous optimisation of performance activity, working closely with account teams and creatives to ensure campaigns convert, not just “perform”.

What you’ll do:

  • Paid media management (40%): Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/PMax/YouTube), and other relevant platforms. Own targeting, budget allocation, testing frameworks, conversion tracking, and performance improvements against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPR, CVR, CTR, revenue, lead volume).
  • SEO strategy & management (30%): Lead SEO performance across technical, on-page, and content-led SEO. Conduct audits, keyword strategy, content briefs, on-page optimisation, internal linking improvements, and collaborate with web/dev teams on technical fixes (indexation, CWV, redirects, sitemap/robots, schema). Drive organic growth and report on impact through rankings, traffic quality, and conversions.
  • Performance reporting & insight (15%): Deliver clear, commercial reporting that links marketing activity to commercial and business outcomes. Build narrative insights (what happened, why, what next), identify funnel friction, and propose CRO/UX improvements where needed. Maintain dashboards and measurement plans using GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and platform reporting.
  • Client strategy & stakeholder management (10%): Act as a trusted performance lead for our clients, translating their objectives into channel plans, presenting confidently, and recommending changes based on data. Contribute to WIPs, monthly reporting, quarterly strategy sessions, and new business pitches where needed.
  • Process, standards & collaboration (5%): Improve team ways of working for performance output with templates, QA checklists, testing roadmaps, naming conventions, and documentation. Work closely with creative, digital and marketing teams to ensure performance creative and landing pages align to audience intent and maximise conversion.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven performance marketing experience in an agency environment, owning multi-channel delivery across paid media and SEO, and confidently managing multiple accounts at once.
  • Strong hands-on capability across paid and organic growth, including Meta + Google Ads campaign management, SEO audits and roadmaps, and conversion-focused landing page thinking.
  • Confidence with analytics and measurement, including GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio (or similar), platform reporting, and an ability to turn data into clear, commercial insight.
  • Strategic, test-and-learn mindset, with experience building optimisation frameworks (A/B testing, audience and creative iterations, budget pacing, keyword strategy) that improve results over time.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management, able to explain performance simply, challenge constructively, and strengthen client trust through clarity and outcomes.
  • Collaboration-first leadership, working seamlessly with creative, content, social, PR and web/dev teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and conversion-ready.
  • A proactive, resilient, solutions-first approach, with sharp attention to detail, high standards, and the momentum to improve processes and performance ways of working.
  • Hospitality sector experience is highly advantageous, especially understanding seasonality, booking windows, rate strategy, and the commercial realities of hotel performance.

What you can expect from us:

  • A salary of 30k
  • A four-day working week, Monday to Thursday.
  • Generous holiday allowance including a Christmas shutdown.
  • Learning and development support, monthly breakfast briefings and team socials.
